Frank and Sharon Damazio
Pastor Frank is known for his relevant and transforming Bible teaching. Frank, his wife, Sharon and their four kids live in Portland, Oregon. Pastor Frank and Sharon's passion to see lives transformed by the presence of Jesus is the driving force behind their personal and down-to-earth approach to church that is impacting thousands of people in the Portland Metro Area every weekend.
Under Pastor Frank and Sharon’s leadership, CBC has continued to grow and become an influential, multi-campus church impacting the culture in Portland, Oregon, the Northwest and across the country.
Pastor Frank's heart beats for serving God with the highest integrity. He is faithfully committed to the strictest levels of personal and professional accountability. Pastor Frank along with his family are thrilled to be devoting their lives to serving Christ at CBC.

Jack and Libby Louman
Jack Louman is one of the executive pastors of City Bible Church under the Senior Pastor, Frank Damazio. He graduated from Lewis and Clark with a BA in Science in 1971 and in 1975 he graduated from PBC with a BA in Theology. He served as the director of the Pastoral Department from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, he served as the Church Administrator from 1983 to 1993.
Jack travels nationally and internationally ministering to local churches using his pastoral, administrative and prophetic giftings to strengthen and establish the body of Christ. In 1980, he helped to found the Oregon Family Council and Political Action Committee and currently serves as a chairman on their board.
He is married to Elizabeth (Libby) Louman, and they have two children, Jack Jr and Julianne.
