Kids Camp
Kids Camp 2012 is going to be extraordinary and we are so excited to have all the City Kids join us for this year’s “Olympics: Run 2 Win!” Grab your workout gear, lace up those running shoes and get ready for an action-packed week of games, adventure, and most importantly, new depth with Jesus. Camp involves awesome team leaders, life-changing messages, new friendships and dynamic worship. Plus fun activities such as fishing, swimming, water slides, field games, and crafts make it a truly memorable experience. Camp will be a time when your child will grow closer to God and be changed forever! We don’t know who is most excited-the City Kids staff, our leaders or the kids!
Kids Camp will be held August 6th-10th at Camp Kuratli in Boring, Oregon.
Age-Specific Camps:
Kids going into 4th - 6th grade attend Overnight Camp, which takes place Monday, August 6, through Friday, August 10. The cost is $250.
Kids going into 1st - 3rd grade attend Day Camp, which takes place Tuesday, August 7, through Thursday, August 9. The cost is $150.
Kids age 2 through kindergarten attend a two-day Kiddo Camp designed for kids to experience together with their parents! Kiddo Camp takes place Wednesday, August 8, and Thursday, August 9, from 9:00 am - noon both days. The cost is $30, which covers parent(s) and one child; each additional child is $10 (children under two can attend free, however parents wishing younger siblings to participate in Kiddo Camp activities and receive a t-shirt, snack and craft, must be registered as a separate Kiddo Camper and pay the $10 registration cost).
Fundraisers:
City Kids is offering a very profitable fundraiser called a “Coupon Card” to help your child earn money for camp. For information, please stop by the camp registration table at your campus and get started earning money today!
City Kids will also hold two other church-wide fundraisers to help raise money for the overall cost of Kids Camp. We will be hosting a “Church Eat-Out Night” at each campus. Some local restaurants are partnering with us by donating a percentage of their proceeds on a given night to the Kids Camp fund. You will hear more information about these nights on your campus. City Kids will also be selling awesome “Run2Win” bracelets at the City Café on each campus. These bracelets will sell for $1 each and will go to the overall cost of camp.
Scholarships:
Only children who have participated in the "Coupon Card" fundraiser will be eligible for a scholarship. You can apply to receive a scholarship for your child when you register online. When you have completed your registration process and indicated that you’d like to receive financial assistance, your child will be placed on the scholarship waiting list. You will be notified regarding your request once they have all been processed.
