Welcome to our 217 Campus located on the west side of Portland. We've been located at our 217 Campus since September 2003 and this location has grown into a dynamic campus with over 1200 people experiencing church here every weekend.

Frank and Sharon Damazio
Pastor Frank is known for his relevant and transforming Bible teaching. Frank, his wife, Sharon and their four kids live in Portland, Oregon. Pastor Frank and Sharon's passion to see lives transformed by the presence of Jesus is the driving force behind their personal and down-to-earth approach to church that is impacting thousands of people in the Portland Metro Area every weekend.
Under Pastor Frank and Sharon’s leadership, CBC has continued to grow and become an influential, multi-campus church impacting the culture in Portland, Oregon, the Northwest and across the country.
Pastor Frank's heart beats for serving God with the highest integrity. He is faithfully committed to the strictest levels of personal and professional accountability. Pastor Frank along with his family are thrilled to be devoting their lives to serving Christ at CBC.

Walter and Robyn Madison
Walter Madison’s roots grow deep in City Bible Church, where he has been a part since 1985.
Walter met his wife Robyn while at Portland Bible College and they married in 1987. They have been blessed with three children – Abbey, Megan and Ryan – and a wiener dog named Samson. Walter spent 15 years in business, both in management and owning a business, while also serving pastorally with Robyn at CBC. Walter was asked to come on staff in the spring of 2000, where he currently serves as the 217 Regional Campus Pastor.
When he is not leading meetings, counseling people, or keeping his office staff laughing, Walter can be found cheering at his kids’ soccer games, reading history books or relaxing with his family. Walter is passionate about raising up leaders to build the local church and to impact the culture for Christ.
